Delivery Information
Order Confirmation Process
You will receive an automated email once your order is received confirming the products, colours and quantities you have ordered. We will send a second email to confirm availability of stock and our acceptance of your order. This email will also contain details of the shipping method and, where applicable, courier tracking number.
Delivery services available for shipments to UK mainland (excludes Northern Ireland, Crown Dependencies & remote postcodes)
Orders received before our daily cut-off time of 2pm will be dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 2pm or on a weekend /public holiday will be dispatched on the next working day.
Please note, although we achieve the above service level in 99% of cases, the above service level is not guaranteed. Dispatch times are dependent on factors such as stock availability, variations in courier services etc. We will endeavour to inform you within 24 hours if we are not able to meet the above service level.
Our courier partners require a signature on delivery. You can request a courier service to leave your parcel in a safe place by completing the "delivery instructions" box on the checkout page.
Benjamin Moore UK Ltd accepts no liability for damaged, missing or lost parcels when you have requested for your parcel to be left without a signature.

Delivery services available to Crown Dependencies and European addresses
We are able to ship to Crown Dependencies and select European addresses. Please contact us on 01753 575756 or info@shawpaints.co.uk to obtain a quotation for our delivery service.
Delivery of Peel and Stick samples
Peel and Stick Samples are delivered via a 2nd class mail service. This service is not traceable. If you order a Peel and Stick sample alongside a paint order, you will be charged the applicable delivery charge for your paint order and the Peel and Stick Sample will ship either via the same delivery service as your paint order, or via a 2nd class mail service, depending on the size and packaging configuration of your paint order.
